The rooms at VNAHOMES APARTHOTEL are air-conditioned, which is great for hot days in Hanoi.

Personally, I didn't use the safety deposit box in the room, but I understand that it could be useful for others.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Hanoi for a week. The room was spacious and had blackout curtains, making it easy to sleep in. The kitchen area was separate and well-equipped, with a hot water connection. The hotel also had a fantastic gym with massage chairs, perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with amenities like a pharmacy and cafeteria nearby. Getting around was convenient, with easy access to different areas.

I do recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning in the guest rooms was a lifesaver, especially during the hot Hanoi summer. I slept like a baby every night. Having a balcony in the apartment was such a nice addition. I enjoyed sitting out there with a cup of coffee, taking in the city views. The presence of a safety deposit box in the air-conditioned rooms gave me peace of mind knowing that my valuables were secure.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a central area, close enough to the center of the city, the common areas like the stairs and the Old Quarter. Loved my brand-new room, it was impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, offered great services.

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Hanoi, had much fun and met very very helpful and best staff that help and have such a great service. The hotel's position was perfect and amazing, to where most of the attractions are.

We had a fantastic stay at Vnahomes Aparthotel! The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even allowing us to check in at 4 AM without any hassle. The location was great, with cafes and the beautiful West Lake nearby. The receptionists were welcoming and proactive. The gym, although small, was comfortable. we had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a nice and peaceful area with a beautiful lake nearby. Staying outside of the crowded area helps to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with great facilities including a smart TV, comfortable bed and a well-stocked kitchen. The gym is also a plus.

There is noise from the common areas of the hotel, making it less comfortable for those who wish for a quieter stay.

Our recent stay in the serviced apartments was very enjoyable. It was great to have a well-stocked room with a fridge and washing machine for longer stays. The location was very convenient, being only a short distance from cafes and local amenities. We particularly enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment.

While the room was nice, the noise levels were a bit higher than expected due to longer-term residents. Although this did not pose a problem during the night, the daytime can be quite noisy.
